Growing up with extreme fatigue and inability to build muscle, Kylar became obsessed with studying healing and fitness. His journey of recovery led him to want to share healing with others. After completing an 805 hour program in massage therapy, he received his Oregon license in 2006. The same year he began training in fitness and mindset, culminating in an associates degree and NSCA certification in personal training, as well as a life coaching certification through Life Purpose Institute. Kylar uses an empathic approach to massage, fitness, and life coaching, helping clients connect compassionately to their healing journey. In his personal life Kylar loves good stories, connecting with friends, lifting, and playing pickleball.
