DAY 1: BREATHE EASY

Settle into your room and then head out to Cape Kiwanda for a pre-sunset dune climb with views of Nestucca Bay to the south and Cape Lookout to the north—with expansive views along the way. Return to your guest room and raise a toast to the beginning of your Summer Coastal Reset experience.

DAY 2: DISCOVER COASTAL TRADITIONS

Head out with your Adventure Coach for a special outing to explore the intertidal residents in the tide pools or a hike on our favorite coastal trails. This evening, enjoy a bonfire on the beach prepared by your Adventure Coach, complete with s’mores and beverages. It’s a not-to-miss North Coast tradition, Headlands-style—simply relax and share time with one another while enjoying a legendary Oregon summer sunset.

DAY 3: REJUVENATE & INDULGE

Extend your coastal escape as you sink into an ocean-inspired Head & Soul treatment with your skilled provider at Tidepools Spa & Wellness. Later, savor a seasonal Northwest four-course dinner complete with wine pairings while you take in the coastal views at the Meridian Restaurant & Bar.

DAY 4: DEPART RESTORED

Wake up with the birds and watch the dory boats launch from the sand for their daily catch, and later land directly on the beach with their catch, while you sip a cup of coffee on your balcony. Wander down the beach to enjoy the simple pleasures of sand and surf before you depart.
