Executive Chef John Nelson and our Chef Team delight in bringing the best flavors of the Oregon Coast to Meridian. Inspired by our oceanfront setting, we are constantly revising and reinventing our menu to incorporate seasonal offerings.
Our spectacular natural setting inspires everything we do at Headlands, nowhere more so than in our kitchen. Meridian sources its creations from the sea, local farmers and Headlands’ own herb garden to create casually elegant dishes that reflect our ruggedly beautiful coastal home.
