EXPERIENCE FALL AT HEADLANDS

PLAN YOUR OREGON COAST GETAWAY

September 2021

Every season on the Oregon coast offers its own special and unique appeal, and while it’s difficult to choose a favorite, the allure of autumn is hard to match. In September, there’s just a hint of fall in the air. Many days are warm and sunny—interspersed occasionally with rain-soaked mornings or afternoons. The change of seasons become more noticeable in October—misty mornings with frequent breaks of sunshine, stunning fall foliage along the Coast Range, and magnificently hued sunsets arriving earlier each evening. Winter storms start to kick-in in early November, providing unending opportunities for both adventurer’s and those seeking time for quiet relaxation and reflection (trust us, there’s nothing quite like spending an afternoon simply watching the waves crash on the beach below your private balcony while curled up under a warm blanket with a beverage in hand).
