DAY 1: WELCOME TO HEADLANDS
4:00 PM – Your coastal getaway begins. Settle in to your luxurious oceanfront guest room.
8:00 PM – Cap off the night next to the your fireplace with a Oregon Pinot noir flight delivered to your room.
DAY 2: DISCOVER A NEW PERSPECTIVE
10:00 AM – Sink in to our new 60-minute Curative Massage. Your session begins with a blue eucalyptus and mint inhalation to enhance immunity and rebalance the adrenal system, followed by a therapeutic full-body massage.
3:00 PM – Learn about the history of oysters in the Northwest and enjoy the fruits of your labor in a hands-on oyster shucking class with our Adventure Chef John Nelson.
6:00 PM – Bond with your love during a romantic, four-course dinner overlooking the ocean at Meridian Restaurant & Bar. Inspired by your oyster shucking class, perhaps choose oysters in a half shell with pink peppercorn mignonette for your first course, followed by the second course: a poached pear salad with sweet potato crisp, rogue smokey bleu cheese, honey mustard, and candied pumpkin seeds. For the third course, savor a rack of lamb with honey glazed carrots and apple mustarda. Complete your decadent meal with the fourth and final course: an opera cake with rose crème anglaise.
8:00 PM – Relax in your cast-iron soaking tub in water infused with Oregon peppermint and eucalyptus or lavender and lemon verbena bath salts. After you are both thoroughly relaxed, wrap yourselves in cozy hooded Frette robes.
DAY 3: RETURN REFRESHED AND RECHARGED
8:00 AM – Watch the waves crash onto Haystack Rock while you sip your morning coffee together.
10:00 AM – Head out before check out for one last leisurely stroll.
