    Discover your inner mixologist in a private summer mixology class with our resident mixologist, Kait! She will share her tips for setting up a home bar and the fundamentals of creating delicious, attractive, summer sippers. With a focus on your choice of whiskey, tequila or gin, you will work your way through recipes from both Kait’s personal repertoire and from the menu at Meridian Restaurant & Bar – all of which are guaranteed to fortify the spirit of any coastal adventurer.

As a life-long resident of the Northwest coast, he has cultivated an unparalleled knowledge of our waters, their bounties, and the people who seek them. This unique class features demonstrations, a chefs’-choice tasting, and a one-on-one conversation with Chef Nelson who is not only a master of his culinary craft, but an invaluable piece of our local heritage.
