Head out for a morning clamming expedition, followed by an afternoon of steamer clams on the patio. Stop in at Meridian to view a culinary demo or to arrange a private mixology class.     MIXOLOGY AT MERIDIAN

    Discover your inner mixologist in this private class where you can learn when to shake, how to stir, and the fundamentals of creating delicious, attractive, cocktails. Discuss your favorite drinks and learn both classic and contemporary recipes.

    Step into the kitchen with Chef John Nelson and learn to how butcher local fare of the Northwest. This 90-minute one-of-a-kind class features demonstrations that will bolster your confidence whenever it’s your turn to prepare something from the sea. Also included is a charcuterie board and two glasses of Kramer “Celebration” to enjoy at leisure in your guest room.
