    CHEF & CULINARY TEAM

    Chef Andrew Garrison brings years of experience at the Northwest’s top resort restaurants to his role at the helm of our Culinary Team. Most recently, Andrew was Executive Chef at Salishan Resort, overseeing the resort’s four dining venues; earlier he served as Sous Chef at Jory at the Allison Inn.

    Our spectacular natural setting inspires everything we do at Headlands, nowhere more so than in our kitchen and dining spaces. Chef Andrew sources his creations from the sea, local farmers and the Headlands’ own herb garden to create casually elegant dishes that reflect our ruggedly beautiful coastal home.
