Oversee and coordinate the efficient operation of the room reservations team to meet the lodge room reservation goals and to teach and lead in selling guest rooms to accommodate guest needs and maximize lodging company sales at Headlands Coastal Lodge and Spa, Inn at Cape Kiwanda, Harts Camp and Shorepine Property Management.

You will perform the day-to-day tasks of the department manager in order to assist the Director. Our manager will supervise daily Housekeeping shift operations and ensures compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards and procedures.
As our Houseperson you’ll support the housekeeping staff with a variety of duties. You’ll prepare the room for cleaning for housekeeping staff, provide quality control room after cleaning, and replenishe guestroom amenities as necessary.
The Public Area Attendant is responsible in maintaining KHG standards for all public areas in the Lodge: Lobby, Lounge, Restaurant, Banquet Spaces, Spa Lobby, and Public Restrooms and fill in for other departments as needed.
As a Fine Dining Cook, you will work collaboratively with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and your teammates to flawlessly execute the menu and service principles and leverage your knowledge and passion to create a five star guest experience.
Headlands is seeking a Greeter for its fine dining Meridian restaurant. The Greeter provides our guests with a great first impression starting with a warm, friendly and prompt greeting.
As a Assistant Restaurant Manager you would work collaboratively with the Catering Manager to lead and develop an exceptional team of professionals. Leverage your knowledge and passion to create a five-star guest experience and deliver training and design processes that ensure every guest interaction delivers our brand promise.
As a server, you’ll deliver seasonal, ocean-to-table menu focusing on Northwest coastal cuisine. Work collaboratively to ensure every guest interaction delivers our brand promise.
As a server’s assistant you will be directly responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant. Directly interacting with customers to help create memorable experiences. Working with servers, bartenders, and the management team to help meet the needs of all our guests
