Housekeeper
The Lodging Team services several parts of Kiwanda Hospitality’s Family of Companies. Headlands Coastal Lodge and Spa, our oceanfront luxury property. The Inn at Cape Kiwanda, our hotel just steps away from the beach, Hart’s Camp, our Airstream hotel and RV park, and Open Nest Vacation Rentals which manages vacation rental homes. Public Area Attendant
The Public Area Attendant is responsible for cleaning all surfaces, windows and floors in all public areas at the Headlands Coastal Lodge and Spa. This includes the lobby, lounge, restaurant, banquet spaces, spa lobby, employee and public restrooms.

Greeter
The Greeter provides our guests with a great first impression starting with a warm, friendly and prompt greeting.

Server Assistant
The Server Assistant is directly responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant. You directly interacting with customers to help create memorable experiences.

Assistant Restaurant Manager
The restaurant sources from the sea, local vendors and Mary’s Herb Garden at the lodge. Host beer- and wine-focused dinners, drawing wines from the Willamette Valley to beers from Pelican Brewing just next door. Be empowered and have fun creating an exceptional experience for our guests and our employees.
