Join Adventure Chef Adam Glick for an unforgettable culinary evening at Meridian Restaurant & Bar. Enjoy an open-fire cooking demonstration with Chef Adam on the patio while enjoying hors d’oeuvres and a glass of wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverage. Afterward, gather in our ocean-view Fireside Room for a unique culinary experience showcasing dory-caught crab, fresh clams and chanterelle mushrooms. Seats are limited. Reserve your spot by Thursday, October 9 at 5:00 p.m.
WILD & GATHERED

Head into the forest with an Adventure Coach to forage for wild mushrooms, then return for a three-course, forest-to-fork feast at Meridian Restaurant & Bar. Enjoy a seasonal burrata salad as your harvest is cleaned and prepared over an open fire. Foraged mushrooms are added tableside to a creamy risotto, followed by a dessert rooted in the bounty of fall. Oregon wine pairings complement this immersive culinary experience.
SUNSET BONFIRE ON THE BEACH

Head to the beach for a north Oregon coast tradition, Headlands-style. Our Adventure Coaches will build your bonfire on the beach on the night of your choosing, and set you up with chairs, blanket, s’mores makings for two and a bottle of Oregon pinot noir. The handsome Pendleton Motor Robe you wrap yourself up in is yours to keep for your next adventure. At the end of the evening, our team will return to clean up and extinguish the fire.
COASTAL BRUNCH BOARD FOR TWO
Start your day with an indulgent brunch board for two delivered to your oceanfront guest room. This special offering includes a chef’s selection of cured meats and artisan cheeses, house-made bread and pastries, house-smoked salmon and fresh seasonal fruit with two cocktails, your choice of a signature Meridian Bloody Mary or mimosa.
